to maximize stlye and safety

guys...how bad are 20's on bumpy roads and are they more susceptible to nails screws, stuff that would cause flats. live in tristate area. have baby. can anyone express their experiences with 30 or 35 series versus stock wheels. thanks in acuradvance

i like stag as well but im willing to sacrifice that with a lil more sidewall cushion. unless your going to tell me theres not much difference in feel between a 30 and 35 series tire

thanks for the quick reply boom. im trying to maximize my look. well, the wheels im looking at only comes in 20x9...i have a white TL w/ "psuedo"mercedes blue tints. this 20x9 is hypersilver w/ crome lip and doubled 10 spoke ~ light colored wheel on a light car. the "safe" 19x 8.5 wheel is of a different maker machined metal/ black window, double 10 spoke again w/ chrome lip. its sort of a darker/dimmer wheel. not best match for light car.
what i dont want is the profile of my car to change noticably (itll look like a hotwheel) with the larger wheel and overall extra total height of the 20x9. what would change the height is the tire i get. i want larger that 30 series but i cant go down to 225 or even 235 w/ 9inch wheel w/o stretching i think... which will effectively lessen my tirewall height. so there we have it. laid out in black and white. all the great minds, guys and girls(sory to leave u out last time) can impart their wisdom.
truthfully i saw a few good examples up here.
and i appreciate all. tri state area roads...need i say more
i dont think half of you would freak it the way you do
