New tires mounted at NTB--> now have shutter at speed.
I had a fresh set of Conti Extreme Contact DWS tires recently mounted on my TL-S at NTB. The car went in fairly in line....however it came out ever so slightly pulling to the right and shuttering like crazy at about 60 MPH and above.
Do you think the guys at NTB did a crappy balancing job? Or do you think this is the effect of a car slightly out of alignment compounded by a different set of tires than the stockers?

First, get tires balanced and test drive. Be sure vibration is gone.
If still pulling, cross rotate front tires side to side. If pull goes other direction - my money is on a bad tire.
I spent several hours messing with different tire positions with these tires on a customer's car until we finally got tirerack to swap them out for a completely different set.

Same exact thing happened to me when the dealer install four new tires and funny thing is they told me I have a slightly bent wheel, I do not believe them because the only thing that changed about the car is the new tires.
So let me know the outcome.

Did they mount them properly? There are yellow dots on the tires that indicate where the valve stem should be. I recently got tires and I am taking them back to get them remounted properly.

You'll find that isn't necessarily the correct procedure. They can say it better than I can:

GO BACK RIGHT AWAY! The continetal DW and DWS have to be ''high mounted'' were they are inflated to nearly 90 PSI to make sure they seal properly. I went to discount tire with my contiental DW's and had the same problem as you on my 760. With your tires not mounted properly, you run the risk of a blowout or tire failure. Go back and have them make sure that it's mounted properly and as well balanced properly.

Serious injury may result from explosion of the tire/rim assembly due to improper mounting - never exceed 40 psi (275 Kpa) to seat beads - mount only on designed diameter rims - only specially trained persons should mount tires.
The Yokohama S.4's have a max of 40PSI mounting pressure on the sidewall's so check the DWS sidewall to verify. Dangerous territory when pumping up a tire when mounting to 90lbs in my opinion and if the wheel is cleaned and rubber lube used, the high pressures are not necessary.
