New tires making flopping noise

Hi everyone, cheers happiness

I had new tires mounted less than 4k miles ago. Not only that, but I asked to have them balanced with an alignment as well, just to make sure I wouldn't run into future problems. Whenever I drive next to trees in a median, or spaces that bounce off noise like driving through parking garages, I hear a "floop floop floop" sound as if I have a flat. I stick my head out while Im driving to see where its coming from, and i only hear it from the drivers front. Idk if it's all four tires but I definitely hear this noise and it's killing me.I don't hear it from the rear. I searched every thread relating to tire noise and none of them related to this noise. the tire literally sounds like im running a flat. I inspected them and i don't see anything suspicious.

I work alot so I can't just get up and take the car to a shop. Im coming here to find out first bc Idk if this is common with new tires ? Do they make this sound bc it's new and its sticky, so it'll go away ? Idk.

Im grateful for any insight. I work so hard on just maintaining anything I own and paying for quality items bc this is all I have and it takes me to work. The fact that i paid more to have alignment and etc was to prevent any issues in the future, and look what's happening.

I don't have lot of money to fix issue right now so im sure you can understrand frustration im have. pls forgive me. my english

If it matters, the tire brand is hankook ventus

I mean, look for bubbles...
but if you're driving fine...then don't stick your head out near trees or road dividers
I know what you mean though...could be a whirring sound from brakes or something...I'm not too sure.

Check the tire very carefully for any debris. You might have picked up a nail/screw that is partially embedded in the tread. Happens a lot.

Also, do you happen to have slotted rotors? If so, they to make noise as well.

Here are the things that I've encountered that would make that similar noise.

1. Cross drilled slotted rotors ( had them on all 4 corners) - It would drive me insane hearing a whoooossshhhh noise when driving and having a wall next to me.
2. Nail Screw in tire.---Just had this happen to me over the weekend. Found a self tapping screw in the tire. So the genius that I am decided to pull it out. BIG MISTAKE, air started to leak. So I had to remain in the supermarket parking lot and plug the tire myself. Luckily I found use for the autozone SLIM tire plug kit.
3. Parking brake - Have no clue why but my old shoes developed a similar noise as #1. Guess from wear.

btw, all these noises seemed to emit from the front. when in fact it was the rear left. Just check both tires for any nails screws, even rocks.

AutoZone sells all Slime tire plugs and repair items and not just the actual green tire slime that coats the inside of the tire, rim and TPMS. Otherwise, yes, I would agree, new TPMS sensor will likely be in order.

I learned that with the TL..lol

This one is the actual black plug you coat in rubber cement and just ram into the puncture.

Radials are to have a plug/patch, not just a plug.

OP-I would rotate wheels/tires front/rear and see if sound moves or stays same location.

Guys , so sorry about the late response. I followed everyone's suggestions. I didn't see any bubbles. I checked all tires. I failed to mention that I had new rotors and pads installed at the same time of the tires. I am running blank discs

Someone above mentioned possible e brake failure. My e brake is nearly finished as I have to pull up all the way for a hold. But I haven't had it checked. Thank you for the suggestion

I took the car to the same place i had the work done. he rotated them, re installed the brakes and the noise is gone.
