New discovery:Factory specs WAY OFF on rear suspension

I did do a search before posting this but need some confirmation from you pros since my print out numbers are confusing. TL is one year old, and used conservatively. I had to put on new tires at 20K since all the tires were almost bald and one tire had developed a badly worn inside shoulder as well. This one bad tire only recently became noticeable. After the new tires were put on I had an alignment done for the first time. Mind you, my stock 2004 TL had never exhibited pulling, shaking, vibration or swerving of any kind-had no complaints there at all. The 4 wheel aligment was done on a Hunter. Afterwards the tech mentioned that the rear toe was way off, the front was only slightly so. The printout given to me was as follows:
Left rear toe: actual /adjusted new 0.07 Before -0.25 Spec range 0.00-0.16
right rear toe: 0.09 Before -0.18 same

Are these # really that far off?
The tech mentioned that the before spec # were printing out in RED, being negative values. What do you think? Seems that these cars are being shipped out to the dealers with these faulty specs!!! Who expects to have to get an aligment on a new car? Any feedback would be appreciated. Thank you

The alignment specs are in the back of the owner's manual.

These are for 04TL, so if someone with an 05TL could check and verify for the 05TL, that would be good.

The front toe-in is 0.00"
The rear toe-in is 0.08"

The front camber is -0deg30'
The rear camber is -1deg00'

It looks like the rear toe was out of spec, but I am not sure I am reading your results right.

2005 alignment specs from the Helms service manual (keeping the Owners manual order which also has the same numbers):
The front toe-in is 0.00" +- 2mm(+-0.08")
The rear toe-in is 0.00" +-2mm(+-0.08")

The front camber is -0deg30' +-30'
The rear camber is -1deg00' +-30'

The front castor is +3deg17' +-45'

The only difference between 2004 and 2005 stated in Helms is the rear toe-in. The 2004 is 0.08" and the 2005 is 0.00".
