Need some wheel help!

I am going to order Work Varianza T1's for my 07 TL-S. 19x8.5. I need to know what offset to order? I see that they also have three diferent types, one for large discs, which one do I need to clear the brakes? Looking to have a decent amount of lip showing. If anyone has the answers, hook me up!
