Need some opinions on wheels

ok so i have a 08 type s speed and i wanna take the car to the track at times to have fun. but also have a badass setup for the road. what i am looking for is

1. stylish wheels
2. 3000 dollars give or take
3. want around a 10 or 10.5 in the rear staggered look (hope its ok for tracking and yes i know its front wheel drive)
4. not sure what bronze would look like but color lets just say any for now
5. mesh or spoke whatever i like both.

2 of the wheels i like are the volks te37 in titanium and bronze and i also like these http://www.240edge.com/performance/wheels-volk.jpg
any pictures or suggestions are all appreciated.

^Those wheels are SEXY.

I don't know shit about fitment and offsets though. I'm sure you will have more people come and help you out more than I did. I just wanted to persuade you more towards that 2nd set of wheels

i really appreciate that but i think if i do go with those wheels i will not be taking the car to the track...unless i just buy some lighter wheels with aggressive tires or just use my Type-S wheels to do the job

Yea very true. The Type-S wheels will do the job I would think, but you may want to get a set of lighter wheels if you want to race it around the track.

D R E W trust me lol i have went all the way through your thread on those staggered wheels and love it good job I was actually going to do the same thing with same color or with bronze but couldn't find a picture with a NBP TL that had either. so anyways i have found the SC 1 and i like them and think i am gonna go with a aggressive look with those

I got your pm but I thought I would just reply to it here.

I wouldn't recommend SC1's for tracking, not because they're ridiculously heavy, but because you can buy a set of wheels that's far better to do the job.

20x10.5 has been put on before, I remember an NBP TL with 19x8 fronts. Won't recommend running that size though. I'd keep it at 10 with a 20" diameter. Anyways, my car with SC1's:

no i decided if anything to track my TL-S wheels or buy some lighter wheels. I like the SC 1's alot and was thinking about going with the black finish. I will just run 19x10 rear
