it's all about you, king louie.
it's not about us...
So, if your goals is to run the most negative camber and the deepest dish wheel, get to it! jump to it! LEt's go!
both the wheel specs you mention can both fit...it's just really up to you and how far you want to go with making them fit.
again, if your goal is to run the most aggressive wheel, GO for it..
as there are multiple ways to get things to fit....,
playing with camber, playing with fenders, and playing with height.
Go play with these variables to get YOUR perfect fitment.

I run stock camber.
Thus why IT's ALL ABOUT you!
You have to make them fit, whether its playing with camber, height or fender play.
Oh, I forgot about tire size!
you can play with tire sizes as well to get the wheels to fit.
extreme stretch that mofo.

Coming from a modified Civic (EK/EG) scene where many enthusiasts stance their cars with crazy cambers and offset rims, I came to realized that TL owners are a different breed. You will be hard pressed to find any information on "cambers/offets/stance" on these cars since many of the forum members hardly do them to their 3rd gen. Majority of them maintain their cars and enjoy them as they are from the factory.
