Wow really? Look through that box again bud, it should be in there. Tear it apart!

It definitely is wrong, my brother assembled them for me and I don't remember exactly how they looked. :/

I think you need to flip them over. Also a little tube piece fits in between those rubber pieces.

The green key they provided you, with that you can adjust the dampening on each Coilover, you set it according to your liking....

Count and set them all to full stiff then start clicking away to soft...tein manual recommends
8 clicks from full stiff...
I wanted maximum comfort do I set them at 11clicks up front and 10 in the back....roads are horrible in nyc

I'm right around what Tein recommends. I think 24 front and 22 in the back. (I counted from full soft, so 24/22 makes mine kinda stiff) It's a no-drama kinda setup I like to call it, it hits a dump and it's gone, not floaty feeling and it's not back-breaking.

Undying dreams....our adjustment is out of 16!..not out of 24..lol
You might be a little confused,if you have them set to full stiff trust me,your going to feel a penny on the floor....I though u said, you set them to the manual 8f 8r....

We are talking about This

Read the manual slowly, you will get it...space is normal by your thump...it closes up as higher you adjust the Coilover, that's the pre load...for this Coilover pre load and ride height is one adjustment
