Been trying to install my rear camber and toe kit... Can not get the two eccentric bolts out!!! What the hell should I do?

 

you need to get a sawzall and metal cutting blade. you need to cut that bolt in half and replace it with a new bolt from honda. should only be a few bucks.

these bolts generally are siezed in place from the factory.
