NEED HELP!!! Tire and Suspension Specialist

Hey guys like the title says I need some advice on tires for my car.

Here is scoop my car is running on H&R race springs with tokico shocks. I have a set of rims that I want to put on my car but I am not sure if there will be any rubbing with certain tire width.

I have a set of 19" Axis Pentas with a 35 offset. Am I going to be able to run 245/35 on my car or should I go down to 235/35.

Thanks guys.

What's the width?

If it's 8.5, the safest way to go is 235/35R19. You should be OK with smallish 245/35R19 tires, like Falken FK452, Dunlop DZ101, etc.

I do believe it is 8.5. There is a member of acurazine selling 2 toyo 245 35 19 and I am trying to make sure that it will not rub.

These axis came off of a acura tl as wheel if that helps at all.

I ran the exact wheel spec; 19x8.5 +35ET with 245/35R19 Dunlop DZ101 and I got 0 rubbing, except on the rear A-spec body kit that quickly went away.

I have Toyo T1-R on my M3 and I think they're not that small. I'm pretty sure they're larger than Falkens, so they MIGHT rub.

You should be fine, especially if you get the Toyo's. The Proxes 4 are a skinny tire.

My last setup was H&R Sport and Koni SP3. I lowered the front perches one groove.

I'm pretty confident I wouldn't rub if I lowered the car another inch though.

Alright then I will get the 245/35 for my car. Now I have to get lugs to fit these wheels.
What do you guys recommend. I am thinking about getting anodized blue ones.

FWIW, I had Muteki lug nuts. Inexpensive and works just as well as others that cost (a lot) more. I'm sure Axis also requires conical seat lug nuts.
