Need help with this setup, springs and spacers

Hey guys first post here but got a couple questions..

I wanna lower my 06 TL on Tein S-Techs or Tanabe DF210 (undecided yet) I know i will eventually need new shocks.

I have a white pearl, with a-spec lip kit, and a-spec 18" wheels all came stock. I was wondering what size spacers I should run all around to make the wheels look flush, and has anyone done this setup and have pics? thanks!

run 20mm in the back and 15 in the front. And sorry I have no pics of that but I am 1.5in lowered and with those spacers on stock wheels and they look pretty flush and good.
