Need help picking wheel Offset.

Hey everyone, So I just bought H&R sport springs that will lower my 08 TL 1.4in in the front and 1.3in in the back. The reason I bought those springs is because i don't want a huge drop, because i'm not really into the slammed look. right now i'm stuck between two rim sizes, 18x9.5 +30, and 18x9.5 +20. Also i want to run natural camber. The fitment that i'm interest in is something were the lip of the rim doesn't stick out like crazy. if the rim pokes a little further then the fender thats ok, I just don't want some crazy poke action going on. Well my question is which rim size should I go with? I don't the +30 not the be enough but i at the same time i don't want the +20 to poke like crazy. Hopefully all of your opinions could really help me out.

Go +30 since +20 will be too much poke at that little of a drop and natural camber. If you have brembo brakes make sure that the +30 will clear the brakes
