Varrstoen makes their wheels with ball seat lug holes? I would be shocked if this were true. They would be like the only aftermarket wheel company in the world to produce wheels with ball seat lug holes, (other than wheel makers that cater to certain vehicle brands that already utilize ball seat lugs like RonJon to Honda/Acura).

OP, unless MarcoNorthPolo is correct, any conical seat lugs should work just fine. Gorilla small diameter lugs with an adapter key will be the easiest to work with but will not offer much in the way of theft protection.

The Varrstoen wheels you bought probably use conical, or "tuner" lugs. They are slanted on the sides, rather than rounded like the oem lugs are.
