Need help with new wheel

Hey guys.......I just finally sold my Turbo Integra, so now I have some money to play with. I don't want to go nuts with the mods on the TL, but I want the A Spec kit which I will order soon and some wheels..........

I have a 2004 Satin Silver Metallic TL 6spd w/Navi and I am finding it really really hard finding a wheel that will fit over the brakes without spacers and that would fit my taste...........

So from 6spd owners experience, which wheels can I get that will

A.) Be 17x8 or 18x8/8.5 with the correct offset
B.) Have the only 5 bolt holes (I hate the look of universal fit wheels)
C.) Be a lip design without the rivets all around the radius of the wheel
D.) Fall into under 2k with tires...............

I know its a lot to ask, but the A-Spec wheels which I like a lot, are just too expensive in my opinion for a stock wheel. They are $1500 about for just the wheels, so with tires thats about 2k, and for that much I feel like I rather have a car thats a bit more unique and not like the other TLs with the A Spec pacakge.

Also, I saw a member on here who has the stock 17" base wheel and he got them dipped in black chrome, I PMed him, but he never got back to me. So does anyone know where in the NYC area I can get the stock wheels dipped in black chrome?

I think they looked great.

Thanks.

Well I found a set of A Spec with tires in decent shape for $800

I will reface 2 of the wheels, and still be under 1k with like new wheels and tires, but now I have a diff question

The person who sold the wheels to me is not the original owner, so he doesnt know.

The wheels have some sort of aftermarket valve stem covers on them, with an acura logo on them, when I try to unscrew them, it just turns either directions, and nothing happens, can turn on an on without it getting tighter or lose.........I have never seen this before, and all 4 of them are the same

So the question now is, how do I remove them?

Is it some theft feature to keep people from taking the valve stem caps off?

Yep... there is a key that should have come with the valvestems.... they sell them on Ebay as a kit...

here is a link http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Acura...58285405QQrdZ1

You might have to buy new ones just to get the key...

Anyone know where I can get the paint to refinish the anthracite a spec wheels?
