need help with my volk's

so today i put my new(used) volks gt 7's on. my tpms sensors were never taken off my stock wheels. error showed up

for sensors, this is the correct part right? http://www.acuraoemparts.com/delray/...All&vinsrch=no

now, on my volks, where can i install new tmps sensors? im looking at this iforged site and figuring i have to do this?
http://www.iforged.com/press/may25/may25.php
which adapter would i need?

also i searched and read something about a strap kit? i cant find where they have those at...

i know there is a lot of questions but i would like to do this right and gain some knowledge from people here. im sorta new to the wheel game..

Here's the correct TPMS part # for your car. You'll need 4 of these: http://www.acuraoemparts.com/delray/...MS_SENSOR_ASSY.

Regarding the iForged adapters, you'll need these:

http://img366.imageshack.us/img366/2...msadaptjo4.jpg

This is what the TPMS looks like, mounted with the iForged adapters:

Or, you can get your TPMS strapped instead of buying the adapters. Straps are available at any tire service center.

Hope this helps!

Your welcome. I used the adapters. It'll cost a little bit more $$, but I prefer them to tire straps.

Here's a pic of a strap kit. You can see that it wraps around the whole wheel:

I have straps on my volks, still holding up pretty good. But a month ago one of my sensors came loose and it still reads the sensors but everytime i make a turn you can hear some clicking noise. Let us know how those iforged adapters go

cant you just save the $250 and roll not knowing the pressure of your tires and just check them every few months?? I'm getting new 19's and figured i could live without the tpms and just ignore the error code.

i mean you could but then you get the tpms error message everytime the car turns on with the signal showing theres an error. plus i'd rather be safe than sorry since i have such low profile tires.
