Need to get new tires for stock rims

I am in need of new tires for my stock rims and i wanted to know if anyone has any input on what is best, cheapest replacents for the stock tires. Money is the big issue

2. Best value tire brands: Kumho, Fuzion. Check Tirerack for "specials"

kumho and sumitomo are good bang for the buck tires. pirelli p-zero is a good tire but is more expensive but a good alternative to the pricier michelin pilot sports.
