my rim:[ my tire

so today, i made a dumbass mistake and curbed my rim kind of hard.. my tire got most of it though. the rim isnt bent or anything, but it took some damage.. and later on, i noticed that the curb sliced my tire.. its not a deep cut, but it made a little flap.. i let it sit for about 2 hours and i checked the tire pressure. it was still the same. should i be worried? i have some warrenty thing for my tires, that if its a flat, i can get it fixed at the place i bought them..

you guys think its anything?

If the slice was deep enough to where you see threads inside the slice, then it's a real danger and you should replace the tire at once. If the slice is shallow enough where you don't see any of the threading, then you will prob be ok, but should get it looked at by a professional anyway.

get it checked out by a pro. imagine if you have a blowout on the freeeway.... i'd rather spend 200 dollars to ensure my family is safe.

Although the reason the tire sticks out like that is to protect the rim. I have alittle flap you you said, but I'm fine with it because it is not deep at all
