might sell wheels
yes, times are rough and i might sell the wheels off my car. Sevas s-22 in black and chrome..20's 20x8.5 front and 20x10 read. anywho, thats not the point..before a mod closes or moves my thread i had a question about the stocks. I have an 05 5at tl. I was thinkin of seelin my wheels but then having the stocks powdercoated black, gettin some better rubber, and dropping the car. has this been done before? i sis use the SEARCH but didnt come up with anything,maybe ididnt sue the right keywords..but i was at it for a while. what do you guys think about this? please let me know.

I think elkayem has powder coated wheels.
I've read about a few others doing it as well. IIRC, something like $100 per wheel.

JMHO .. soon as you run a black wheel be it stock or aftermarket they all look the same from 20 feet out. They look like a shiny painted steelie.
Makes the car look like it has a void where the wheels/tires should be.
