Maximum size tires for 18"
Just want to know what's tire size I can go with. I like the beefy / wide looks.
I'll drop the car with Tein S Tech.
size of the wheels are 18x8 F , and 18x8.5 R
Please advise.

I searched and found most ppl are running 245/40/18 for their all around 18x8 or 8.5 wheels. But I like to know if I could go with 255/40/18 all around ?...?...

Since actual dimensions vary wildly between manufacturers, Company A's 245/40 may in fact be dimensionally wider than Company B's 255/40.
The 245/40/18 Yoko Avid W4S that I run on my TL-S are wider than most other's 245s & most 255s. After these wear out, I may go to 265/35/18s. I was going to at first, but then chickened out!
The 245/40/18 Yoko Avid W4S that I run on my TL-S are wider than most other's 245s & most 255s. After these wear out, I may go to 265/35/18s. I was going to at first, but then chickened out!
