Which lowering springs??
I need the input of all the experienced mod'rs here!
I'm considering buying some lowering springs for my 06 TL with aspec body kit and 18" sparkle rims and was wondering which ones to get. I've read a bunch of posts regarding a lot of different springs and drops etc but I'm not really able to get a visual clue as to what would look best.
I'm looking for something suttle...probably nothing more than 1-1.5" with maybe more to the front but I definately don't want any rubbing on the arches. I'm not really looking at doing dampers just yet...maybe later, but I'd like to do the springs now.
How about if we get some pictures here with the different drops to compare?
Or if anyone can fill me in as to what I should be looking for so that I don't get any rubbing.
Thanks guys.

Burning Brakes
Welcome to the Club.
I'm 47 and been enjoying the TL for about a year now
Here's my ride
Tein H-Tech Springs - 1 inch drop
No camber kit needed
No rubbing
Ride is firm but not hard, bone jarring
Ronjon Inspyres 19x8.5 with Toyo T1R 245/35/19 tires

Many thanks for the pics K of P, your car looks real nice! Can you tell me, did the springs actually stiffen the ride, i.e. are the springs you have higher rated?
Cheers!
Cheers!

I don't know too much about spring rates but I added the springs first and notice a slighty stiffer ride. I noticed a bigger change in ride quality when I changed to the 19s
