Lowered the TL-S last night-here's some pics

well with the help of sk8ter4life i got the ride lowered yesterday... acutally he did most of the work "Thanks!"

so i picked up some megans and got it all set up yesterday with sk8ter that was an interesting install im glad he was there to help since he has done this before...

right now all corners are sitting 25" off the ground i may lower the front a tad more... i havent rolled the rear fenders yet im surprised it didnt rub at all coming home on the 405 fwy but we set the damper at 25 so its pretty stiff but not too bad..

heres a few pics what you guys think?

yea this car is my daily driver i drive at least 50 miles a day to and from work and sometimes to jobs... its great havent rubbed or bottomed on anything. i didnt upgrade any bushings even though i seen some worn!

yea i had to replace the rotors so i got new rotors and pads from ebay for like $200 shipped... as for the offsets TSW only offered two one was like a +24 and the other
+ 40... i didnt wana be too extreme so i went with the +40 which fit good and have a fingers gap clearance on the brembos... as for engine mods i have only done the exhaust not sure if i wana mess with anyhthing else in the engine hmmmm

Hey Man........Beautiful set up. I am Lovin the Look.
I got the same color car and thinking about the staggered set up for mine with the Matte Bronze Willows. Not really interested in lowering mine thou.
My question.......how much did the ride change with the staggered wheels and wider rear.

You have any pics with the Willows before lowering the car. Want to see how it looks with the stock Type-S height.

hey TPROX the matte bronze would probably look tight i was considering those myself. the ride was fine i dont race this car around either way since its my daily driver and in all reality a TL-S is no race car. I put the rims on my car with no intention of lowering the ride either but man once you lower it the rims are really set off and the car looks super aggressive every1 that has seen my car before the lowering and after likes it 100x's better lowered and its not even a pain in the ass when driving.

here is a before pic

good thing with coilovers is that they are adjustable and have dampner adjustability too all for $810
