Try this site (below)... the big plus is that they don't charge tax... which will save a bundle. I almost bought from them... but a better opportunity on a set of used wheels/tires came up. I think the guy I delt with (Shawn, I think that's his name), was willing to wave the shipping too if I had pay with a credit card instead of sending a check... or something like that. Anyway, you can e-mail them, they were really good at replying right away. $1700 is kind of a low budget... but it's workable. I like the KMC wheels for that price range (they are suppose to be really lite too). This site www.skperformance.com have "package" deals, so look for them on the site... I have to warn you... the site is kinda a pain in the ass to use. Anyway, good luck! (I like the RPM wheel, it's like a Racing Hart copy) Oh, BTW... they have wheel AND tire packages... you just have to ask for them... I didn't see it on the site though.
