Look at this picture of my new shocks... is this right?

Is this right? I just got these shocks from SOHI on ebay and these are the 4 I got. The two long ones are identical and came in 1 box. The two short ones are different (one has that "arm" coming off of it) and came in 2 seperate boxes.... which shock is for which wheel... and why are the two short ones different??? This makes me worry I got a wrong one somehow. I ordered the front pair and rear pair and got all this, so if someone could put me at ease that would be great. I'll be having them installed soon, as long as they are the right parts.
