Is there anything such as a rim protector. You know how new wheels come with that blue tape that protects the lip. Is there a clear one perhaps protectors the lip from flying rocks?

 

I have no idea if there is anything like that for a wheel.

But.......you can be the first one with Expel on their wheels.

j/k. I doub't it will withstand the heat created by the brakes, let alone what a major PITA it would be to apply!!

 

The only thing that I know of is on the NITTO tires they have that little rubber lip that protects the lip of the rim from the curb but that's all.

But they never work.

 

You are asking about the wheel/rim protector. When installed it protect against curb rash. You can locate retailers by searching for wheel/lip protector.

 

Never heard of anything like and if anything try mayne installing like that spray on clear bra just mask it and go to town it might work might now but try it on some extra wheels or something
