Kumho or BFG

I need tires and narrowed it down to th BFG g force Super sport or Kumho KU 25 or KU 27. I have not heard alot about Kumho so im looking for a little input. They are a few more bucks than the BFGs but not that much. And how about an update on thoses with the costco BFGs.

Thanks

I have had both Kuhmo ASX and now BFG sports and I only replaced the Kumhos due to a defect in which 2 of them were bubbling on the inner rear sidewalls. BFG would warranty this for life. The Kumhos already had 35k miles so not the end of the world. The BFG's have sharper response and are still quiet and ride good with better grip. Now that they have 30k miles on them, they are getting noisy at 40-45mph but on the freeway they are still pretty quiet. I would take the BFG's anyday. And yes I researched tires to death before buying these. Next time I might look at the Yoko S.Drives.

Wow, you just chose to compare three tires that are in completely different categories. The BFG SS A/S is a UHP A/S tire. The KU25 is a HP A/S tire (which sucks, BTW),a nd the KU27 is a Grand Touring Tire.

So, we'll rule out the KU25 based upon its massive suckage factor and consider the BFG and the KU27 (a/k/a Ecsta Platinum LX) .

Your priority is..............................Then Choose
Quiet & Comfy Ride...........................KU27
Long Tread Life ................................KU27
Performance Handling ......................BFG
Braking and Safety ..........................BFG
