I Voted TEIN Basics but I would go for TEN SS if you have the extra cash and do alot of track racing. Otherwise the Basic is good enough for daily driving.

If you have the money for it, I would say the Tein SS... you can adjust both the height and the dampening of the car.

im in your same boat, i was told the basics were back breakers so i marked that off my list, im now down to the ss or eibach with konis

Basics. They serve the needs of most all consumers in this segment. Dampening adjustability is not going to make or break the ride. It mostly helps with fine-tuning. The ride on the Basics is quite good. A little firmer than stock and very good for everyday use!

Overall, I say that the Basics are great for about 70% of the people. 20% may like the SS. And 10% might want something high performance like the FLEX.

I figure this based on 3 year of hands-on experience with Tein products.
