Koni SP3/Neuspeed Race...why is my ride bouncy?

I'm currently running the Neuspeed Supercup kit with the race springs...1.5 turns from soft all-around.

Now sometimes when I go over really rough roads, I feel like the car is kind bouncy. Now my question is this: Will setting it stiffer or softer get rid of the bounce? I've heard arguments for both.

Stiff over bouncy roods would make it bouncier. Soft it would cushion the bouncy roads.

I have TEIN SS and when im using it at full soft it bounces around more. When i go over a bump the suspension its so soft that it travels up and down a couple times before it settles creating that bouncing...

Since the Konis only have a rebound adjustment that I'm aware of, likely they're set too firm. I run mine .5 turns to full soft and noticed no decrease in performance over the bouncy 1.5 turns they were at before.

I stiffened up the front half a turn and noticed a decrease in bounciness.

I had a 2001 TL with Comptech Springs and adjustable Koni shocks. After a week of messing with the rebound setting, I wound up leaving them on their softest setting due to too much bounce.
