Just scratched my rims...
OH MY GOD...I can't believe this crap. I have only had my 05 TL for 3 days now, and I've already ruined it.
I hit a curb coming back to work from lunch, and scratched both passenger side rims. It's bad...real bad.
Does anyone know whether or not body shops or rim shops can buff or polish scratches out?
Anyone know where I can get 2 new rims at a good price?

Hey before you blow your $$$ on new rims, you might try having a wheel repair shop fix. I had a passenger wheel that was scratched bad ("real bad" just like yours, in my opinion), and the alloy wheel repair specialist guy fixed it in 45 minutes for about $60, on the dealer's lot. As good as new, I was surprised.
Call your Acura dealer and ask them for the name of the guy who does the wheel repair on their used cars. Or, try www.mobilewheelrepair.com to see if there's one near you. These are all independent franchisees, so service may vary, but I believe some of them will actually come to your home/work and do it right there. Best part is, they usually just take the wheel off the car, and they don't even need to dismount the tire.

Actually, the www.mobilewheelrepair.com guy is about 15-20 min from my house.
Anyone on here ever used their services before? If so, how did it turn out?
