Which coilover goes the LOWEST? I am currently running TEIN SA coilovers maxed out and to be honest, I was expecting them to go lower! (I did replace them with stock tophats). Although I am aware TEIN is known more-so for its ride comfort than its height adjustments. With that being said, I am now in the market for another set of coilovers and I would like to get your feedback on which coilover has the best quality and ride height adjustability, respectively. Here is a pic of how she sits now, but I still want to go an inch or so lower for a more aggressive stance.

Generally speaking megans go lower. This ia true for the ilx. Not sure about your specific platform though.

The Megans will most likely go a tiny bit lower, but the ISCs will have better ride quality. I personally have the ISCs and love them compared to the Megans. I'm not slammed though so I can't say how they compare in that aspect.

I have ISC and love the ride. I'm bottomed out up front. I too wish the fronts would go lower and heard about these shorter shock cartridges for the front. How much would it run me to get a set of the shorter cartridges for the fronts? Is that possible XLR8? I bought my stuff from you guys....

That looks plenty low to me! If you decide to switch let me know Im looking for coilovers.
