installing sway ber? how much??

I did the rear sway bar on my accord in about 1/2hr in my garage... laying on my back.

CAI is pretty easy to install also..I have no experience working on cars, but my friend and I did it in about 1&1/2 or 2 hours (without rushing w/ lots of breaks). I was quoted $75-100 for install at shops

I did...the bumper removal was not that hard, and it is easier to get the old air box out and the CAI tube in with the bumper off...people have done it without removal though. I believe this required jacking the car pretty high and removing the driver's side wheel. Not sure though.
