i installed my megan coilovers today and everytime i go over a bump i can hear like a thump and its pretty bad. every thing is tightened up and i even adjusted the dampering to soft. I thought everyone said megans were suppose to ride nice! ANY help would be much appreciated! thank you!! please, i really want to get this fixed asap

On top of the coilover right below the dampening adjustment knob there is a 17mm nut. You need to unscrew the knob in order to get to the nut. Try tightening that if you haven't done so.

go over ALL of your swaybar endlinks, and tighten them COMPLETELY. One is just barely loose and is making noise.

no its the top of the coilover right below the dampening adjustment knob it happened to me after a few months of driving the top bolt below the dampening screw loosened and was making a clunking noise over every bump... you will have to get to the top of the coilover either take off front bar or remove rear seats depending which coilover it is and tighten up that nut on the top....

it also happened to another guy here the other day straight outa the box... meaning i think everyone needs to check there megans prior to install to make sure that nut it on tight otherwise it will create a nasty clunking noise over every bump in the road

^ I think we are talking about the same nut put you dont have to take the dampening adjustment knob off just use an open ended wrench to tighten it down..

Hey guys !

I have megan racing installed on my '12 TSX and I'm hearing these knocking noises everytime I hit over pothole or speedbump. I been hearing it at the rear, my front has no noise.

I unfolded the rear seats down and open the recentangle box that leads to the coilover damper. However the hole was so small I have no clue what to do.... any tips?
