Ingalls alignment rods.

My car has now gone over two sets of bushings, they fail easily and cause tire wear. Don't buy these, they are junk.

Does anyone know if they make a better bushing for these that won't fail? I was told there is a better way to fix the tire wear issue from another company. Any ideas?

^better setup would be SPC upper camber arm, and OEM lower camber/toe arms.

Here is a good link showing how Ingalls/j-power lower arms aren't very good.

Go with the SPC arms, you won't be disappointed. They are less than $165 shipped from THMotorsports or see if Heeltoe or Excelerate will price match.

The DIY is here (you don't need to swap the boots):

Thanks guys. My boyfriend told me to get these a while ago. I will get the original arms and buy these. He payed like $100 from Ingalls for replacement bushings for me. On the last round, Ingalls sent through the wrong ones too. He hates the fact knowing they will fail again. I regret listening to that Marcus guy who said he really never sees these fail, I call bs on him. I have now met several people who have had the same issue.

Thanks again, guys.

Ingalls had an update for their bushings to fix this issue. If you do go with the Ingalls kit, make sure you confirm with the vendor that you are getting their latest revision. The Ingalls kits we have in stock are their latest revision and we haven't had many issues at all. I'm sure Marcus hasn't either, and was giving his honest opinion. We still recommend the Ingalls as in most cases they offer a wider range of adjustment and are as high quality as the SPC kits.

Protect yourself. It's a clear pattern. Back to stock lateral arms with an adjustable camber link seems to be the only way.

more evidence of trouble in link below.

That was what I thought until I didn't rotate tires for 10000 miles, then an alignment check found toe out. All later alignments always yielded toe out no matter how many times it was adjusted. Don't get Ingalls.

Who told you that Ingalls updated their bushing?
