I was in Newark the other night and ran over a huge pot hole causing my tire to blow out. I have the Wanli s-1088 235/45/17 tires and have been having the worst time possible trying to find a place that carries them. I know that they are not greatest, but I am a wary about using a different brand while the other three are alright.

I know that I should repair the paired tire with the one affected, but I am on a limited budget due to the fact I am a college student.

With that said, can anyone help me out?

If I cannot find a replacement of the same brand, how bad is it to use another brand?

I'm currently going to school out of my home state of CT. I find it risky to drive the ~3 hours from NJ to CT through the mine field I call, New York.
