How to remove Sway Bar bushing

Anyone know of any shortcuts without having to lower the sub frame?

I want to replace my front sway bar bushings due to a noise im experiencing when going over bumps.

I've checked all ball joints, by shaking the front wheels.
Tie rod is good too.

This noise doesn't seem to be as prevalent on warm days.
I was able to push down on my front support ( by radiator ) and was able to hear this creaking noise.

At times when I hear it from the car, it sounds like its coming from the top area of my suspension.

Could it be strut mounts, maybe even trans mount?
i'm a bit puzzled because its coming from both sides.

I have extra end links and sway bar bushings so I wanted to tackle the bushings.

End links were replaced several months ago.

Just a bit stumped on this.

06 -5AT, manual aspec suspension.

I've done it without touching the subframe but it's not fun. In just wanted to try some urethane bushings with the stock swaybar before replacing the swaybar. It can be done but it's going to require patience and prying.

look at what I discovered...

The creaking noise seems to be coming from my compliance bushing.
I placed a jack under the LCA and while raising it I can hear it making a creaking noise.
I should of taken a picture because it looks like the bushing isn't even in the "ring" where its supposed to sit.

I tried poping the lower ball joint but, looks like the tool I have is not the right one.

Put tire back on and i'll try again sometime this week.
