How many here actually Pre load their bushing

I have not seen one thread talking about preloading the suspension bushings after lowering. Either everyone knows you have to do this so its not discussed or nobody know!! lol?? Anyways I got my Tein SS in the mail a few days ago and im just getting prepared to install them. So just FYI not neturalizing your bushing after lowering you car is not only a death sentense for your rubber bushings it makes your car rather bouncy at least in the past it has for me.

With all suspension components the rule of thumb is to not tighten everything down until the car is in a loaded position.

Agreed. However I'm not sure how it is with the TL but on my Legend I could remove the strut/spring assembly without loosening the lower/upper control arms so after installing new struts/springs unless you specifically made a point to loosen these components they would not be loaded correctly.

If the new springs/shocks have the same height as the OE, that becomes a mute point.
