how does lowered car affect wheel choices?

hi guys

i recently bought a second hand TL (nhp 2004 auto) that was lowered by the previous owner. i've been meaning to get wheels to replace the stock ones, but i dunno how lowering the cars will affect my wheel choices. im not sure exactly how much it was lowered, but i can say theres very little to no wheel gaps on top of the stock tires. been really interested in either the axis hiros or pentas, which size (rim size, offsets) should i get, that will allow me the minimal amount of work (i.e. no rolling fenders, etc.)

thanks for helping a noob. =)

Go with 19x8 with an offset of +30.

lowering really doesnt affect the wheel choice, other than the width of the wheel, offset, and the size of the tire.
