imo you shouldnt go below a 18" wheel

 

If you're staying 17" I would not even do it. It sounds like money is tight, so why don't you just hold out a bit longer and get some 18's or 19's.

Plus those tires are aweful skinny and probably not the ideal size. Those tires have a rolling diameter that is 7.4% smaller than stock. When your speedo reads 60mph, you will actually be going 55.6mph. I've always been of the school that you want to stay as close to stock rolling diameter as possible. I've always been <1%. Those are not the right tires for the TL.
