High setting on coilovers vs springs

In general, and not for any specific brand of coilovers or springs.

I read the general reply about coilovers in that you can raise the car for OEM look or slam it.

On the highest setting, is it really OEM height or somewhat lower? Lower than a set of springs?

If we must use specific examples.

Tein Basic and Tein S tech.

This is not a question on how low or what to get.

I'm not sure what you want to know...the springs are intended to lower the car. The coilovers are intended to lower the car too but can be set high enough to look stock.

I'm not sure of the intent of your question which makes me wonder if I answered the question...

I think he wants to know how high coils can be set. Arthur L had a thread about this for his f&f's, but I don't think anyone answered. I think teins can be set to only lower it 1" tho according to specs.
