help again

hey guys i am still looking for rims and i was wondering if 18x8 wheels with +30 offset will fit without any rubbing issues, with 245/40/18 tires and i am dropped on eibach pro kit springs. thanks a lot.

I brougth this topic up not too long ago when I was shopping for wheels... apparently the guys in the forum settled that it would not fit.... on the other hand in a different thread it was stated that an 18x8 +25 wheel with a 225/40 - tire would clear

so if you were to go with 225/40-18 you should be fine
as for your drop, fender rolling in the rear may have to be done

It really depends on the wheel, but I think they should work. I put my G35 Coupe wheels on our TL, which are 18x8" +30mm offset. They just rubbed a tiny bit in the front if I'm turned lock-to-lock, but these were with 245/45-18. 245/40-18 should clear, at least with the setup I was playing around with...
