Need some help. Does anybody know if there is an H or V speed rated 19" tire on the market? I can't understand why manufactures think that 19" and 20's need to be Z,Y, or W rated. Those high speed tires are too hard and make the tires too loud, and too rough of a ride.

Do they think if you have 19s or 20's you are going to be going over 150 mph? I am not racing, just normal driving, and I want a good looking set-up that rides nice.
