H&R Sports & Koni Yellows

To anyone who has this setup. I'd like to know 1) How much has the handling improved. 2) Is the ride still decent 3) How noticeable is the drop. Thanks

This is a really good combo for a DD.
H&R sports are just the right stiffness for street driving

This is (imho) pretty much the 'dream combo' if you're going shocks/springs instead of coil-overs.

Look up posts by user mmade22. He had H&R plus Koni's and it looks great, no reason it shouldn't handle great and with adjustable damping you should be able to keep a 'near stock', definetly-not-harsh feel.

The other spring/shock combo worth looking at (performance-wise) is A-Spec plus Konis.

The ugly.....The koni instructions are the F*cking worst I have ever seen. My seven year old son could have written them better. With that said, I had a hell of a day today. If only they had labeled things this side up etc. I would have been done hours ago. Anyway, I admit that I messed up the first time I installed these things. I had the bottom perch plate upside down giving you a hand of a gap in the rear. Pictures are below. After I figured out what I had done, the car was looking sweet. The Koni shocks are like no other, I just wish they would do a little better job on the instructions. Here are the pictures. Enjoy!

Don't ever want this gap on a drop...............

And that's a guy that was driving 4,000 - 5,000 miles per month.

If you're looking for a set ride height and adjustable damping with a high quality product is a great setup. You do even have a lower perch to make the car 20mm lower than what the spring drop is but it has to be done when doing the install.

We have all the parts in stock if interested. PM me for a quote.
