H&R Race Springs on TL-S
I tried search for lowered spring and finally I decided to get H&R Race Spring on my 07 TL Type-s with 6-speed.
but I could not find the spring for TL "S". Yes I can find "Sport Spring" for TL S. If I get just "Race Spring" on my TL-S, mine will get any problems??
And do I need to roll up my fender? (According search most people who got Race Springs did not roll their fenders, but I just curious.)
Thank you.
Always be safe!
p.s I got A-spec suspension from Acura. Dealership said It will get lowered by 1 inch, but I want it more lowered..

Three Wheelin'
To roll or not heavily depends on your tire/wheel combo and how much camber you run.
Race springs for the base TL will fit fine. The main difference will be slight front rate difference. The TL-S has a heavier front, but the 6mt is lighter than the 5AT. Not sure which specific base version the race was designed around. Based on production numbers you'd think the 5AT, but maybe HR can tell you. Either way it'll work.
FWIW if you're considering going as low as the race springs you're probably better off looking into a coil over kit.
