Guys- need your help
Whenever i drive above 60mph, i get a slight vibration - i have the correct centering rings and the wheels and tires are properly balanced. I noticed that my wheels locks are bigger and heavier than my lugs. Is this extra weight the source of the vibration problem? any other suggestions?

What are centering rings?

if everything you know is seemingly in spec then it could be the tires themselves. on one of those car shows on cable, the guy said all tires are not made the same so the tires need to be mounted to the rim in a certain way...this requires a special balancing machine. you need a shop that has something like the hunter 9700 road force balancer.
the machine is like any balancer but it also has an arm with treads that the tire/wheel rolls against. when it is rolling, it can find small details about the tire and rim that might cause it to wobble. the machine will identify the spot(s) on the tire and rim that need to be mounted against each other. so the guy takes the tire off, rotates the two until the spots match up, and then remounts the tire and gives it another spin. normally this will correct this type of problem.

btw, those "centering rings" are normally called "hub" rings.
