Car is dirty. Wheels still have the lube they used to keep from scratching them. But at least you get to see them on...

I love how the color changes between these last two photos.

Nice color choice, very similar to the RFP1 but these look bigger since there is no lip.

You work in the southpark area? Cause I believe I saw your car parked at the building I work at and I really wanted to congradulate you on how nice these look. They do look pretty neat in person. I drive a black TL too. It may have caught your eye.

It's so you can have a air pressure gauge on one while inflating on the other for a more accurate setting.

i had a set of these wheels on my TL. i removed the orange stickies on the wheels because when the wheels spinned it looked like i had orange time-attacks. i removed
the stickies by heating them up with a hair blow dryer and peeling them off. looks a lot better without the stickies. other than that... good choice in wheels! i've always liked those wheels.

I've now heard three different uses.

1. for a gauge as you mention
2. for a second air chamber like an inner tube in some race wheel setups
3. for purging air during nitrogen filling

who knows...

good idea! i don't love those and didn't realize they were just stickers. I can't wait to see the look on the wife's face when I walk downstairs with the hair dryer in my hands

Andrew, those look nice. Be sure to get some tire black and dress your tires-it really helps the look!
