Goodyear Eagle ResponsEdge
Does anyone have these on?

I have to get new tires due to a nasty nail stuck in one of my tire's sidewall. The kelvar sidewalls and insulation sounds like a good package.
Any feedback would be much appreciated...

I wanted them this time last year but our size was not avalible. I have been looking for them from my goodyear distributor in our size but they still don't have any to date. So far all the people we have installed them on in other sizes have been happy. They are still too new to see how they wear.

Tire choice depends on how you drive, when you live in tx- you want super rain tires

2nd gen owner stopping in...
I have CL-S wheels on now. But I also have a set of 16" TL wheels w/ ResponsEdge tires mounted on them. They provide excellent grip in all conditions. Much better than my Falken Zeix's on the CL-S'. No slip starting up a water soaked hill in the rain. Confidence (other than roll) in cornering either wet or dry. I knew the tires wouldn't slip so all I had to deal with was learning how the car rolled. Before the ResponsEdge's I had some kind of Michelin tire. The ResponsEdge's were a vast improvement in handling and grip (and they look better. squarer and neat tread pattern). However, compaired to my lower profile (and stiffened sidewalled) Ziex's the ResponsEdge's had A LOT of roll. Although, they were 205/60/R16's, I'd imagine the roll would be less on a smaller tire mounted on the stock 17's.
I had them mounted right before last winter set in. I was happy with them during the winter. Got CL-S wheels and Falken tires in the beginning of summer.

And since I can't edit a post after 5 mins...
They were quiet and smooth at all speeds. I am lowered ~2" (w/ -1.5deg camber) and even w/ that the tread wear was even and they still show no drastic or uneven tire wear.
