Going to a smaller rim, tire for comfort
I am wanted a softer, quieter ride. Will going from stock 215-50-17 to 205-60-16 male a big difference? I have Michelin Pilot sports A/s Plus now and I am thinking of going to the Kumho KH16 in the 205-60-16 size because Kumho are cheap and so am I. The Accord is kind of a harsh ride.
I really want to move on to another car but not enough cash and generally speaking I'm sick and tired of giving my hard earned dough to the car makers.

90 or 91 aren't high enough in weight ratings? 93 is the factory rating.
The Pilot Sports ride a bit harsh when compared to other non-performance tires. They are rated as Ultra High Performance which usually means stiffer sidewalls. Get a different type tire in the proper size and weight rating and I bet your ride quality will improve greatly.

If it were a concern, go to a Touring H rated 225/50-17.

I now have 25k on my Pilots Sports and they are showing excellent wear. I think these tires will last me 60k. But my butt might not, I probably get rid of them earlier, cant stand them for comfort.
I am checking out the cheaper Grand Touring tires from Kumho, General now.
