Like does it depend on the brand of the wheel? or are all the wheels built the same way so chances are they don't chip?

after how many years until they start to chip?

It really depends on where and what kind of chrome you get.....

from experience,
JapanSuperChrome - does not plus they have a lifetime warranty!!!
Usually USA chrome does chip, try to see what kind of warranty they'll give you. Most(I think) is a 5 year...that kind of tells you something...

I don't think Japanese chrome chip.. not to sure about american chrome tho..

Tann, i didn't know japanese chrome has lifetime warranty.. no one mentioned about that when i got it.. what all does the warranty state?
