Front and rear camber kit or just front?

I’m currently on Tein S Techs with no camber problems but I want to upgrade to coilovers. I want the tire and fender to be at the same height so no gap but no tucking so would I need a front and rear camber kit or just rear?
And I also found a post on spc ball joints so instead of buying the whole control arm for the front could I put those in the stock one or are those just for the spc arms? Below is a picture of what I would want the height to be

I'm running Tein Flex z's lowered maybe 1/2" less than your pic. Definitely get the 2 lower control arms for the rear they will correct the toe and camber. There's an article on heeltoe that explains why it's really the toe angle moreso than the camber which burns your tires and that's my experience too. I didn't get a wheel alignment right away and within a week or so my back tires were gone and the fronts still looked fine. If it's fitment your worried about again my experience is only with oem wheels/tire size but when you lower the car the extra camber just tucks the wheels in perfectly. Here's my before and after alignment numbers note the toe angle of the left rear that tire was worn down to the steel belts.

I’d suggest SPC upper rear, only cause I had ingalls lower arms, and they were not good. With SPC upper rear, you can still adjust toe to within spec. I am about to install my upper SPC camber arms, to correct the negative camber from lowering. Will have toe set to 0. And see how it goes. I also have the camber arms for the front, and it is Skunk adjustable....

Rear uppers are the way to go for most purposes.

Don't buy SPC joints for the front. They'll smash the shock tower. Buy a whole low profile arm.

Thanks for all the information I knew the Ingalls were bad so I was we’re bad so I was going to go spc or truhart/Megan Racing for the rear (they look the same just 50 more) I was just mainly curious about if I need the front or not but when I do it I’ll just do the rear and if I need the front I will order them
