I was pulling out of the grocery store parking lot making a full-lock left turn and noticed a rubbing noise, got home and turned the wheel full left to check it out and I can see my fender well liner is loose on the inside portion of the fender well and is coming into contact with the tire. I'm going to check it out later to see if any clips are missing. Has anyone else had this issue?

I had a similar issues that absolutely destroyed the front tyres last month. Lower Control arms(more specifically, the bushings) was the problem... I'd check those if you can.
