Falkens = pull to right and vibration... help
I have the following setup: a-spec suspension, ron jon inspyre 18" wheels, falken 512s.
my car has been aligned twice by the dealer and the tires have been balanced using a hunter 9700. the car still pulls slightly to the right (not as bad as before) and the steering wheel is vibrating more than usual.
what can i do to fix the problem? dealer basically doesnt want to see the problem - and i dont really blame them... it seems like a lot of trouble that i shoudlnt be having. is it the tires? wheels?

If the Hunter isn't detecting a wheel problem, I would argue it's probably the tires and the infamous radial tire pull problem that affects many of us.

I just deal with my pull to the right... I already had two swapped out and it didn't fix anything.

How many miles?
I agree with Lore. I think it's radial tire pull.
Keep us updated on the situation.

Did you try to swap the wheels front to back or side to side?
A slight pull to the right is normal -- most roads are crowned to the right. If you can find a road that's perfectly flat, see if the car still drifts to the right. If not, you're OK. If you don't like the pull on your normal roads, you can have the alignment guy to "compensate" the alignment. It's a method called cross camber and cross caster. Read this Tirerack's article: http://www.tirerack.com/tires/tirete...eral/align.jsp.
Vibration can be caused by defective tires. But incorrect mounting can also contribute to the vibration. How did they balance the wheels? http://www.tirerack.com/tires/tirete...l/mountbal.jsp
And if the dealer can't find where the problem is, go to Sears or other shops and get second opinion.

Which side wheel/tire is it?

Replacing ALL of the wheels? Weren't those RJ wheels pretty costly?
I wouldn't get new tires on account of this - go and the wheel(s) replaced first and then see if it still pulls. If it still does, get new Falkens once you determine which tire it is (the shop will have to cross rotate a few times to determine if the pull switches to the other side, depending on where you mount it).

Burning Brakes
I have the same problem with the same combination with wheels and tires. most of the timeI try and ignore it but it gets so annoying. I ave had them balanced 3 times. I dont know where the problem lies but I am going to figure it out. I let you know.

Yea, they were $1100 - but I figure I can sell the ones that aren't bent on eBay - same with the tires.
Honestly I just don't have the patience to deal with the problem anymore - I can't go back and forth with the dealer and the tire place about the problems. Simply getting the a-spec wheels and tires from Acura will solve the problem and if any future problems occur I can deal with the dealer only.
